They have outdated software and are constantly upgrading. The staff are rude, and when you call them out on it, they'll say, "I don't have to take this," and hang up. Money deposited on a Friday will not be available until Tuesday. Their banking hours for account upgrades are done three hours after all other banks nationwide. If you use your ATM card, you're charged. They charge you for everything. This is not a member-friendly credit union.

My Credit Union is Amazing, Very Helpful always there when I call, Helped me Find a car and Gave me an amount to work with. Wish an office was closer to my residence Still doable. Just Fortunate to have them. Found them with my job.

The Vons Employees Federal Credit Union is an interesting credit union. I was luckily able to access it while I was working at VONS part time during school and I was able to join their credit union. The whole setup process was extremely easy and effortless. The customer service representative that set me up was extremely friendly and made the whole process a breeze. Overall I would say the VONS Employees Federal Credit Union is a great option for VONS employees since it provides good benefits and they will take care of their members!

After applying for a job at Vons Grocery Store I had to attend a seminar. After this seminar there was a presentation about the Vons Credit Union. At the time I was using Bank of America for all my checking needs, but I felt that it was time for a change. The motivating factor for switching was the fact that I could get my paychecks on Wednesday instead of Friday. Switching was very easy as setting up an account took just minutes. After my information was verified transferring funds from Bank of America to the Vons Credit Union was easy. Their customer service helped me do it and they were very polite and efficient. My problems with checking with them included the lack of ATMs without a service charge and an instance where my over drafting didn't work in a dire situation. Since the dire situation I had gone back with Bank of America for my checking needs.

The opportunity for me to switch my banking to Von Credit Union came to me during a Vons grocery job training seminar. They did not have any fees like the bank I was using for checking had. I liked this so I opened a checking account with them and requested that my paychecks from Vons be directly deposited into my Vons Credit Union checking account. Filling out the paperwork and doing the online confirmations was very easy and their customer support was also very helpful. The website looks very remedial, but everything I needed was there and very easy to access. They also sent me a VISA debit card that I was able to use everywhere. I have never had a problem with Vons Credit Union and I recommend them to everyone.
