Device Turns Off While Vacuuming

Device suddenly turns off while vacuuming.

Low Battery Level

Check the light indicator on the right side of the device, a flashing blue light will indicate that the device needs to be charged. If the device is not charged, hook up the device to a docking station or charging cable. The device will take up to 5 hours to charge fully. A blue and red light flashing indicates that the device is not charging properly. Make sure that the device is clicked in properly to the docking station or fully plugged in to the charging cable and power outlet. A red light indicates that the device is not charging. If the battery does not charge, the battery will need to be replaced. See guide for instructions.

Blockages

There may be debris blocking the suction, causing the device to shut off while vacuuming. See guide on how to remove blockages on the direct-drive cleaner head.

Dirty Filters

Check to see if either of the two filters could be clogged by debris. The HEPA filter is located at the back of the device near the max power mode switch and the pre-filter is located in the middle of the cyclone. See guide on how to remove filter for cleaning and replacement.

Weak Suction

The device loses suction while running, or becomes weak

Blockages in the Main Body or Wand

There may be blockages in the wand or main body creating a weak suction. Detach the main body and the cleaner head from the wand to separately examine them for any obstructions. Looking through both ends of the wand, check for any light coming through and if none is present, a blockage may need to be removed. A long stick may assist in pushing it out. Inspect the inlet as well for any obstructions.

Blockages in the Cleaner Head

Examine the neck and the bottom of the cleaner head and remove any debris that may be stuck in the brush bar or the neck inlet. See guide for cleaning or replacing brush bar in cleaner head.

Check the attachment (Direct Drive, Soft Roller, or Mini-Motorized head), to see if the device is operating properly. If the attachment is clogged do not try to remove the blockage while the device is on. See guide for replacement and cleaning aid.

Brush Bar Not Rotating

The brush bar is no longer rotating when the vacuum is on.
