Republic Day 2023 latest: The Naval contingent of 144 soldiers, consisting of Agniveers, was led by Lt. Cdr. Disha Amrith.
Tableaux of states like Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh, and others were also displayed.
Republic Day latest updates:The Republic Day 2023 parade this year ended with a stunning and daring display of motorcycle stunts, an air show and the national anthem. The Naval contingent at the Republic Day 2023 parade comprised three woman and six men Agniveers in a first. The contingent of 144 soldiers was led by Lt. Cdr. Disha Amrith. Tableaux of states like Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh, and others were also displayed. The paradebegan with the Param Vir Chakra and Ashok Chakra awardees saluting the President and was followed by the Egyptian Army's march at the Kartavya Path. The Indian Army's tableau comprised Main Battle tank Arjun of the 75 Armoured Regiment and the NAG Missile System of the 17 Mechanised Infantry Regiment. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived at the Kartavya Path to start the parade. He was received by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and also met the Chief of Defence Staff and the tri-service chiefs.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah and state chief ministers were also present at the occasion. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and his wife Sudesh Dhankhar werewelcomed by Prime Minister Modi. President Droupadi Murmu has also arrived with the Republic Day parade chief guestEgyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi at the venue.
Before this, he led the nation in paying homage to the fallen heroes atthe National War Memorial in Delhi. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, MoS Defence, Defence Secretary, Chief of the Defence Staff, Chief of the Army Staff, Chief of the Air Staff, and Chief of the Naval Staff werealso present.Prime Minister Modiwished Indians on the occasion of the 74th Republic Day. The Prime Minister said that Indians should move ahead in a united fashion to realise the dreams envisaged by our freedom fighters.

Republic Day parade 2023: ICAR tableau on millets
The Indian Council on Agricultural Research's (ICAR) tableau depicted millets in keeping with the International Year of Millets 2023 theme. The tableau depicted flourishing crops of jowar, bajra, ragi, kutki, and sanwa. The tableau was also decorated with a rangoli of millets.
