Good afternoon,

in July I purchased a on-time licence for the GoodNotes 6. After that GoodNotes did extend their offer to a combined iOS-MacOS-Windows-Web package with an annual subscription. A few weeks ago I requested a refund for my one-time purchase, that has been refused twice by Apple Support. I then turned to GoodNotes to exchange with them and they told me that they can't do anything about it because it is at Apple's discretion to refund a purchase or not.

So regarding the fact that I can't get a refund and that my appleid is linked to the one-time purchase and not being able to purchase the annual subscription from GoodNotes at this time, I kindly request you to unlink my appleid from the one-time purchase GoodNotes 6 so that I might be able to buy the annual subscription, even if I can't get a refund.

Many thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Yves Kohn

Apple already declined two of my refund requests without any explanations.Apple give me my money back?
